Well, no. the $1.00 custom wedding postage is not currently available.
HOWEVER, with a little creativity and ingenuity, you can have custom postage for your wedding invites even if they weigh $1.00.Look what Maria and Brad did for their $1.00 wedding invites. Even though the postage is $1.05, they were still able to customize their wedding envelopes with their monograms.

If you’re wondering what the US Post Office has to offer for the $1.00 deno
mination … well, here it is. The $1.00 “Wisdom stamp” is based on the artwork at Rockefeller Plaza in New York City with the quote "Wisdom and knowledge shall be the stability of they times." (If you want to know a little more about this stamp, here’s an interesting post.) It’s nice but … for weddings?

Just listed on the USPS website are the new wedding stamps – the 44 cent wedding rings and the new 61 cent wedding cake stamp.
With this ring … Here is the new 44 cent stamp with two gold wedding rings. Photographed by Renée Comet of Washington, DC, the rings rest on a small white pillow united by a slender ribbon of white silk.
3 tier Wedding Cake Stamp – The new 61 cent stamp features a wedding cake with intricate scroll design on the fondant. Sure to add a touch of beauty and romance to wedding correspondence, the 2009 Wedding Cake stamp is being issued at the two-ounce mailing rate in order to accommodate the heavier weight of an invitation. Searching through the pages of poppy postage stamps, I found some incredible photos, drawings and watercolor paintings. From the magical poppy fields in the Wizard of Oz, to the opening references “In Flanders Fields” the poppy is a lovely flower to behold.
